We are nearly at the end of our season celebrating ‘The City and Silent Film’ which will conclude with our screening of E. A. Dupont’s very much underrated Moulin Rouge (1928) on Friday 22nd November. More info below.
But we just would like to thank everyone who has attended our past events celebrating the silent films of the Weimar Republic over the course few months. We were incredibly lucky to work alongside our good friends at Bristol Festival of Ideas, BFI, Cube Cinema, Curzon Cinema and Arts, Lobster Films and Watershed to celebrate the best films from the silent era and bring in a torrent of fantastic silent film titles.
As always, a big thank you to everyone involved and even more news soon about #SilentFilmRevolution #SilentFilmRev very soon. But don’t forget, we will be back in late January 2020. More info about the events involving that special season very soon!
